Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required with the balance paid at least 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
Full payment is required for reservations made within 45 days of arrival date (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings), otherwise the booking may be subject to cancellation.
Important Note: For reservations made at least 2 months prior to arrival, Guests are advised to email a copy of their travel insurance certificate to the Manager at wiguna@balibluewater.com
Other Currency Rates: All rates are based on US$. The Sterling and Euro rates are approximate only and will be confirmed by email before a booking is confirmed.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time starts 2pm
Check-out time until midday latest
Late check-out from midday until 6pm will be charged at 50% of the contract room rate agreement.
Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for late check-out, as well as early check-in, and will be granted the same courtesy if accommodation is available.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Guests must notify the Villa Manager immediately of any cancellations.
Cancellations of reservations
If the reservation is cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/NewYear bookings), deposits will be refunded in full, less US$500 or 20% of the total booking value (whichever is the greater). Reservations cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate for the time and effort involved in making the booking and the villa owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have been turned down once a booking has been confirmed. Depending on the reason for cancellation Guests may qualify for full refund through their travel insurance company.
Last Minute Reservations
Cancellations of "last-minute" bookings made within 28 days (4 weeks) of arrival date - will be subject to a penalty fee equal to 2 night's agreed room rate.

Damage or Loss
The Guests are responsible for any damages, accidental or otherwise during their stay, and will be informed of the replacement cost during or after their stay.

Every effort is made to ensure the guests make full use of their room safety deposit boxes, and to lock their rooms when not in use, as the villa management cannot be responsible for loss of personal possessions or valuables

Numbers in Party / Suitability
The number of persons occupying the villa complex must not exceed the maximum number stated in the Booking Conformation. The Villa Management reserves the right to refuse any booking which, in its opinion is unsuitable for the villa.

Liability
The Villa Management cannot accept responsibility or be liable for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expenses incurred and inconvenience caused by exceptional weather conditions, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the villa complex, including plumbing, electrical, gas or other problems outside of the control of the Villa Management. Furthermore, no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to vehicles directly hired by the guests during their stay.

Complaints
Should the guests have cause for complaint concerning the villa standards, service or breakdown of equipment, the matter should be taken up with the Villa Manager at the time of the matter arising. The Villa Manager will consult with the Villa Owner and a suitable offer may be made to the guest to compensate them. This, however may take up to 28 days to evaluate, and longer, if necessary to finalise. No liability shall arise beyond the date of agreed settlement. The Villa Management will not entertain claims lodged by the guest(s) during or after checking out from the villa, when it is no longer possible to investigate the complaint effectively.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By completing the booking form and sending it, together with the relevant deposit, the Guest(s) accept the terms and conditions of Saba Garden Villa.
